I've been there - that person who is annoyed by the crying baby behind you that the parents refuse to take out, lol.
I would just like to think that the theater would take care of that situation and people with kids who don't disrupt the movie (or parents that are willing to take their kid out of the theatre) would be able to have their night out. Its not always easy to find babysitters, lol.
BUT I guess this is a good way to just take care of the problem before it starts.
I still stick to my thought that they need to offer at least one child's movie at night (when there is a kid movie available) if they keep the rule in place.

BTW - I appreciate your side of things :). I like when people challenge me - especially when it causes me to back up and really LOOK at a situation. Thanks :)Kennishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16787081134415379343noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7517254237794946612.post-1812063792187834682008-08-14T16:49:00.000-05:002008-08-14T16:49:00.000-05:00From the other side of the issue (not having any k...From the other side of the issue (not having any kids), I wish my movie theater had that policy since the last two movies I went to (both PG-13) were at night and had a lot of wiggly and loud kids in them. For whatever reason, people here don't feel the need to take their kid out if they start kicking someone's chair or talking loudly or crying. I pay good money not only to see the movie, but for the experience and things like that ruin it. Not saying that your kid would have behaved poorly, but apparently enough kids are doing it that the theater feels like they will lose more business by not inacting the policy than by doing so. It's ultimately their decision.Ronnicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09545460026004087995noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7517254237794946612.post-55186431232637586552008-08-11T15:42:00.000-05:002008-08-11T15:42:00.000-05:00That is a very kick-butt kind of quote. That is a very kick-butt kind of quote.Burgh Babyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09123901504643963583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7517254237794946612.post-35698073718392845322008-08-10T22:53:00.000-05:002008-08-10T22:53:00.000-05:00Love the quote.TonyaLove the quote.
TonyaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
