Early Morning Blogging

Its nearly 2 am and I'm online...Sean is on the computer playing a war game. He just walked in to tell me he's killed 60k soldiers. *insert look of utter disinterested* Wait..is that a word?

I read a lot of blogs during the day, yes I know - I need a life. Anyway, I find people who don't talk about certain things and those that will talk about anything...and I started going over in my head what I don't talk about and why...so I'm letting you in on my brain waves.

I don't talk about:
Politics - It doesn't mean I don't have opinions or that I don't vote. I do...and I most certainly do. I guess if there was ever something I'm really passionate about (either way) then I might say something. I guess its not such a huge part of me and I don't want to be judged because I'm R or D.
Celebrities - Like we really need another site that keeps us updated on the lives of people that, USUALLY, get overpaid and pride themselves on how much cleavage/naughty bits they can show and their partying skills. Trust me..I have plenty I could say about Britney Spears like: if there was ever a person I wish we could take their right to freedom away form it'd be her...and I'd put her in a mental institution until she got the help that she desperately needs. (Ok, I feel better..lol) Occasionally I will mention the ones that make me drool like: Gerard Butler, Angelina Jolie (yup, I went there), Ewan McGregor...you get the idea.
Sex - I dont' really have much to say..lol. Actually, I'm just not the type of person that feels comfortable talking aout it. I guess I just don't have what it takes to make it funny or interesting. OMG, what does that say about me?

With that said, 2 questions. Now, I know I don't have a zillion readers...but I'd like to know what the few I do have think. So:
Do you have things that you don't talk about on your blog? Or, are you more of an open-book kinda person?

and 2...Got any questions for me? Could be anything at all (but if it some crazy person wanders in here and asks something vulgar or disturbing I will delete and block..lol).

Well - I avoid politics - always a divisive subject.

I suppose that my blog is mostly about me and my life (which means that it generally isn't all that interesting).

I'm always impressed that you find something interesting to write about each day.

I avoid politics too. Mostly because I really hate that subject and I don't follow it very well.

I write about anything that strikes a fancy - relationship, friends, family, sex, college, career, etc.

I had a lovely time feeding your freakiness. :)

Mostly fiction although I think I have a few nonfictions too.

I'm thinking of going through and typing up a list to possibly trade with others. I can let you know when I posted it on my blog if you wanna see it. :)

Great! I'm already moving piles (and piles!) of them to the living room so I can type it up. It should only take me about a day, LOL.

Question for you? Ok. "Would you vote for a celebrity if sex was...." -Oh nevermind. I was just trying to come up with a question that combined your three taboo subjects ;)

What I won't talk about on my blog...
-Work
-Family (You have NO idea how many good stories this cuts out!!! ;) )
-Anything that I think would upset the person I'm writing about, if they were to read it someday (even if they probably never will.)

Chas: I'm surprised I have anything to write about every day..even more surprised I'm keeping up with it..lol. Expect sever lameness at some point this year :).

Wendy: I think I probably don't talk about politics because I don't follow it that well either..lol

Melissa: To answer your question - I would fully support, and publicly campaign for, Gerard Butler if he 'could' run for President and I would demand he have sex with me twice (minimum) every day of his presidency. I'm right there with you on talking about other people...I do have things I'd love to talk about, but I wouldn't want to hurt anyone...ever.

Sorry it took me so long to respond to this one, I actually intended to write an entry about it, but it just didn't happen. (Just like my xmas entry didn't happen, did you notice that?)
I don't like to talk about politics, mostly because I'm not really interested so I don't feel like I have enough info to talk about it intelligently.
On my current blog, I've made a conscious effort not to talk about relationships. I've had some relationship stuff going on, but I haven't really felt comfortable talking about it so publicly. The only way I do talk about relationship stuff is as vaguely as possible. (which is what the entry this monday was about. Boys are dumb, basically.) I don't want my blog to be a diary, so I tell funny stories or share my photos and I hope that people are interested, that they can relate to me. Now if only I could have put that in an entry. le sigh ;)
